Hi, I'm at a point in my life where I want to change my life for the better, and getting myself down to a healthy weight is one of these changes. I've been working out every day for 25 minutes and consuming 1200-1300 calories a day......I'm going into week 4 of a workout program and have lost 6 pounds so far.......onward and upward.....<3
