Going into week 4, no weight loss this week?

I've been working out every day for 25 minutes for 3 weeks and I've lost 6 so far. I didn't lose any weight this week, and I was wondering why. The only thing i did different this week was to drink a Slimfast shake for breakfast. Before that would a protein bar or a container of yogurt.....just wondering
I'm keeping my calorie intake to about 1200- 1300 calories per day
Thank you in advance

Because weight loss isn't linear.0

Have you been weighing and logging everything you eat every day?0

It's common to go a week with no loss. You're perfectly normal!1

You're not going to lose weight every week.1

It's disturbing sometimes when you haven't lost weight for a week, but I assure you it is completely normal. You'll notice that you weigh yourself and still no weight lose than all of a sudden you'll go down 5 pounds. Think it takes the body a little to catch up to activity!! Keep up the good work!!0

not true for everyone, not everyone will lose 5 lbs some may lose more and some will lose less(a lot less). its best of course to keep trying though. I agree with taking measurements as well. thats the best way to tell most times as sometimes you will lose inches before it shoes on the scale

It isn't linear and you're eating hardly anything. My breakfast plus my postworkout shake is your entire days calories0
