Hey guys, is anyone here from Ireland? Looking for some friends and motivation. I think it would be great to have some people from the same country to have someone in the same time zone and when talking about food available here :-) :-)

Chain restaurants are the same like burger king and McDonald's I was more refering to healthy brands of food. I always hear americans talk about some yummy stuff and most of it's not available here so it would be nice to kind of give tips and talk about different items that are available here that make sense? :-)0 -
Definitely i know what you mean. I never go to McDonald's or burger king any ways. Great thing about using my fitness pal though is you can eat the foods you enjoy in moderation and still meet your fitness goals in the process1
