New on Keto diet

I have been on Keto diet for two weeks now. Have difficulty getting into Ketosis but still lost 13# the first 8 days. Then put 3 back on the next day. Have stayed the same the last week, maintaining about 5-10% carb intake, except for the other day when I ate some paleo cookies with carbs. Now up a total of 4#. Does anyone else have this kind of track on Keto diet?

It is an extremely low carb (typically less than 20g per day) which puts you into ketosis. Some people can accomplish the same with less than 50g of carbs per day. You do a moderate amount of protein and high fats.0
