New on Keto diet

I have been on Keto diet for two weeks now. Have difficulty getting into Ketosis but still lost 13# the first 8 days. Then put 3 back on the next day. Have stayed the same the last week, maintaining about 5-10% carb intake, except for the other day when I ate some paleo cookies with carbs. Now up a total of 4#. Does anyone else have this kind of track on Keto diet?
