I've been eating so good this week. Prepped my own lunch and ate about 1000 calories. Yet every time I see a gnc I walk in and get a protein bar or cookies and that gave me an extra 300+ calories. How did you stop eating that?

Don't walk in. Don't buy them. Problem solved.

    Yes, it's really that simple.

You ate 1000 cals for lunch or all day?

There's nothing wrong with eating protein bars and/or cookies. If you're only eating 1000 calories a day then you aren't doing good and the protein bars/cookies are helping you reach healthy calorie goals.

Also, GNC is super expensive. It's like 1.50-2.00+ more than grocery store prices. Just think of how expensive it is and how they are ripping people off and that might help avoid it.
