Hi im Erica. Im 20 years old! Just joined yesterday still figuring everything out!. This is a huge lifestyle change for me and im kind of overwhelmed with eating better and everything like that. My family isnt the healthiest lol. So i have to sometimes search for the right food options which is fustrating. Im starting Insanity tomorrow. Ive tried once before and didnt fully commit. SO trying to really commit this time and GO FoR IT! Could use the support. Feel free to add me :)
