Good evening friends, anyone have any suggestions on healthy, ready-made or easy to prepare healthy meals or snacks?

Morning:
Oatmeal- I actually will eat Instant oatmeal from Quaker Oats. It is low in calories and literally take a minute to put in the microwave with some water/milk. You can even throw it in a container if you are running late.
Cereal/cereal bar- Easy obviously, just find a healthy brand you like
Fresh fruit/Smoothies- You can make a smoothie easily or you can cut up all the fruit and eat it like normal. If you are also running late, just throw it in a container.
Lunch/Dinner:
Fresh Fruit/Salad- Obviously you would know how to do thisJust find what you like in a salad, it can be vegetables or fruit.
Sandwich: Depending on the brand of meat you buy, a sandwich can actually be plenty healthy. Plus you can add whatever you like to a sandwich
Chicken and Macaroni: Eat these in proportion and you can have a meal with some vegetables.

Roasted veggies are crazy easy. Cut them up into 1ish inch cubes, toss in a bit of olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Bake at 350-400 20-40 minutes depending on the veggie and your doneness preference. Season some chicken or pork and roast on a rack over a sheet pan (spray rack with Pam and line sheet pan with foil for easy cleanup). Easy! This is our dinner 3-5 nights a week. I vary the veg and seasonings a good bit.
Crockpot meals can be super easy, especially if you buy the liners for cleanup. Chicken cooked with a jar of salsa then shredded makes a great taco filling, or salad topping. Leftovers are easy to turn into a casserole with peppers, rice, beans and a bit of cheese. You can do the same with pork or beef roasts too. Pork and beef roasts also take well to Italian seasoning, garlic and onion then shredded for sandwiches or wraps. Or salad topping. All have minimal prep time. If you assemble with frozen meat and cook on low they are perfect by dinner time.
Egg muffins are super handy for breakfast. Fill muffin tins with veggies, a bit of meat and/or cheese and pour scrambled eggs/egg beaters over the filling. Bake at 350 until almost set. Once they are cool, wrap and freeze. They reheat better if you remember to pull one out the night before to defrost in the fridge.
Snacks, bars are great for me. I use a Quest bar as breakfast most days at work. Quick and easy to eat on a short break. And they taste the best of the ones I've tried. No weird vitamin taste and good texture. Cheese sticks, single servings of nuts/trail mix, fruit with nut butter, veggies with hummus, popcorn...I love the 100 calorie bags of Kettle Corn!5
