@Hearts_2015 thank you. I think it's best to just start using your own pure judgment rather that what we have grown accustomed to believe as truth. My father and family from across seas really helped me to always understand that there is no "one"right way. You can begin with studying various cultures beliefs systems.0

You could have just said, "one way of thinking", without the American part. I couldn't make the connection, it seemed more like a dig.0 -
@queenliz99 lol, yeah you right. Sometimes I just write exactly what I think before editing to the public. No disrespect. One love queen.0

Wow!!! 62 pounds in 30 days is an average calorie deficit of over 7,000 calories per day!!!!
Most people don't even burn 3,000 total calories per day, let alone burn 7,000 more than they eat!!!
That's incredible!!!!
Even if you only ate 1,200 calories per day, that means you burned 8,200 calories a day!!! 9,000 if you ate 2,000 per day!!!!
And you burned 8,200-9,000 calories per day by stretching and breathing?!!
That's amazing!!!!
I wish I could burn that many calories by stretching and breathing!!!!! I lift heavy weights, jog and go on long walks but still don't burn much over 3,000!!!
Wow!!!
Your success is just unbelievable!!!!!!
ETA: Just saw that you ate about 1,600 calories per day. That means you burned 8,600 calories per day on average!!!!!
What unbelievable success!!!27 -
I'm not believing this either....8

You do lose a lot initially post pregnancy0
-
If you're losing that fast please have you're health checked. With the defict you've created there is no way possible to lose that amount that quickly0

@freakbunny look into La Jin, TCM, and qui Kong. This helped me learn how to breath properly. Try to see if your area offers classes through the ymca or Jewish community alliances. Once I knew the technique I would stretch three times a day for 30 minutes to an hour. This was so effective. Incorporate harmonious rhythms and sounds to create relaxation. After this I always had my body massaged, that was another vital aspect. Lastly, I would drink tea after all was said and done. This helped break down and digest my food faster.0

Just so nobody walks away with a misconception, tea does not break down food or help it digest faster.
If a tea causes more trips to the bathroom, it's likely a laxative tea (yes, a lot of the "weight loss teas" contain laxatives). If that is the case, it is not a boost to digestion. It is laxative abuse without the stigma.
ETA: I'm not saying the OP engaged in laxative abuse. Just that some people who drink many of the popular weight loss teas do.5 -
What type of massage? Rolfing? Just so you may or may not know, massage does not burn the fat away. I am starting to think you are confused by your days, more like 1 year and 30 days.

EH? I don't get this. You say you managed to lose weight despite getting pregnant. But it only took you 1 month (yeah ok) to lose weight, so you were pregnant for less than a month. So it wouldn't have hindered you anyway?
Lol, I call BULL.
