Midnight snack attack

The struggle is intense right now. I can't sleep because my tummy is rumbly...but it's MIDNIGHT. What do I dooo? Anyone have tips?

    make something light like poocorn or fruit or brush your teeth, have a glass of water and go read a book

    What do you have around? Eat something that won't do much damage. I was hungry last night so I had a big bowl of broccoli with the tiniest amount of olive oil and salt.

    I'm about to get into some low fat whipped cream myself lol

    Glass of water! Yes going to do that and see what happens. I really don't want to eat anything. Rediscovering hunger pains after a couple years is a scary thing

    My god what I'd do for some strawberries and whipped cream.

    I just had strawberries and whipped cream over a whole pint of arctic zero lol. All for like 250 calories.

    That's 50 calories. You could eat like...a whole cucumber instead lol. I'm a volume eater.

    I always have carrot batons in the fridge ready to snack on! Could do the same with cucumber/celery/cherry tomatoes.
