Midnight snack attack

The struggle is intense right now. I can't sleep because my tummy is rumbly...but it's MIDNIGHT. What do I dooo? Anyone have tips?

make something light like poocorn or fruit or brush your teeth, have a glass of water and go read a book0

What do you have around? Eat something that won't do much damage. I was hungry last night so I had a big bowl of broccoli with the tiniest amount of olive oil and salt.
I'm about to get into some low fat whipped cream myself lol1 -

I just had strawberries and whipped cream over a whole pint of arctic zero lol. All for like 250 calories.1 -
Ahhhh that's amazing. I might be settling for like half a fiber one brownie any minute now lol0

That's 50 calories. You could eat like...a whole cucumber instead lol. I'm a volume eater.1 -
Coffee or diet soda for me. Then lights off go to bed lol!1

I always have carrot batons in the fridge ready to snack on! Could do the same with cucumber/celery/cherry tomatoes.1
