I'm doing whole 30 is there anyway for me to gear the fitness pal app towards that as Fars nutritional goals because they're different on whole 30

    I'm with you. I started on the 19th. Weird to start mid month but figured I'd do it while inspired. I have not figured out the app yet either, but I think the Whole 30 recommends not tracking at all. That said, I'm tracking anyway just to get a sense of what I'm eating and what nutrients it has. Have noticed very little sugar but more carbs than I expected. Good luck to you! Day 5 for me and feel really good.

    I'm starting 1 Sep. Don't think I will track for calories, just type food. Good luck!
