Hi all had great success with mfp a couple of years ago and now the weights started to creep back on! Can you give me a few filling and low calorie foods for me to bulk up on because I have a feeling I'm gonna be really hungry!

Why would you be hungry? Set your self a small calorie deficit, get adequate amounts of protein, fats and fibre and should not feel hungry.
High volume foods wise you can have a huge bowl of salad leaves, pickles, sea food sticks, celery, cucumber, sugar free jelly. Loads of options.1 -
also look up free food in dieting on your search like this one:

There is no such thing as a free food. I can easily eat 300 calories of foods you just posted.2 -
Popcorn! How did I forget popcorn? * Shakes head at myself*
You can have a bowl full for just over 100 calories.2 -
What is filling will be individual, you have to find out this for yourself. You shouldn't have to look especially for "low calorie" food, as you will need to eat an appropriate amount of calories every day, and you spread them out as you see fit.
For me, "filling" is as much variety as possible, food from all food groups every day, and several in each meal.0 -

You can have a bowl full for just over 100 calories.
That would depend on the size of the bowl.0 -

Proteins like eggs, tuna, any fish, tofu. Pile on the veggies too, but make sure you still weigh and log them.0 -
Protein is good for keeping you feeling full - boiled eggs, a slice or two of ham. Have some cooked chicken in the fridge ready to have a tiny bit of if you're peckish.
Personally I try to snack on vegetables so always have things like carrot batons, cucumber and celery ready to eat1 -
My fave snack right now is fresh salsa(5 calories per 2 tablespoons) and instead of chips I use cucumber slices to dip. It's delicious and low in calories.2

I get what you mean - sometimes I just need to feel like I'm eating a big meal, even though it's actually calorie sparse!
My dinners recently have been a massive bowl if spiralized zucchini with a sprinkling of low fat cheese, basil and chilli. huge, and delicious!
the other thing that works well for me is soup. obviously it's different if you're eating soups with cream/coconut milk/butter, but the right veggie based soup can be a total winner for sticking to your calorie budget.
hope that helps0 -
Bulk salads. You can include low fat meats to bulk it up even more eg. Chicken breast, turkey sausages etc.0

Lean meats of any kind are super filling for me.0

I fill up on high fiber veggies (35-40 grams a day-- )and getting enough protein. Huge salads of broccoli, cabbage, kale, spinach, bok choy are a staple.0
