Last 10 lbs - Motivation Draining

My husband and I started with our change in diet in February, and have steadily been losing weight since. I've lost 43 lbs and so far and I'm 9.5lbs from my goal weight of 140. I might take it a bit further once I get there, but we'll have to wait and see. =) In May, I decided it would be awesome if I could reach my goal by Halloween, because its my favourite holiday and I love dressing up with my son. In recent years I haven't felt like doing much because I felt fat and gross. I have 10 weeks left, so its still doable, but lately I've felt less motivated to stick to my daily calorie goal. I'm sooooooo tired of being strict with food. I've yet to devour an entire pizza on my own or anything crazy, but an extra 100 calories at the end of the day sometimes doesn't seem worth fighting anymore. X_x

For those who have "been there done that" or are where I am now, how did/do you stay motivated?
