It feels like I'm that 1% who has a hard time GAINING weight. I'm here to prove myself wrong!

Believe it or not, I have been struggling through my teens trying to gain mass rather than being flesh and bone.

Rather than getting useful advice among my friends, the conversation always end how I should be lucky with such effective metabolism and how they'd love to be me.

Thing is, I want to become muscular. Now it's time for a change. MyFitnessPal is a great tool to keep track of my macros, however it is slightly uncomforting that there is only encouragement when being in calorie deficit, or loosing weight during weight ins. What about me?!

To the community of MyFitnessPal, feel free to cheer me on as I continue my journey towards being the best version of myself. By eating up!

Hey Anton! I was definitely in your shoes when I was younger. I'm 24 now and have learned how to gain weight in a healthy way. If you want any pointers or tips that I've learned, lemme know :) good luck!

Forgot to mention that I'm 21 now; just that I have been struggling in years hah!

Thank you! I'd like any pointers - especially if you have advice on any dishes that I can prepare and take away, with high carb/protein content? Those days are the hardest, but I'm working on it. :)
