How do I remove myself from a forum I commented on? It's a very long one with lots of comments every day and I don't want to keep getting all those notifications. Thanks for your help.

    On computer go to My Home- Settings- then look for Automatic News Feed Update Settings and check or uncheck which you prefer.On your phone go to Settings- Push Notifications and again check or uncheck which you prefer.
    This is how I do it. I am fairly new. Others may have a better way.
