Fitness Plateau-Motivation

Good Evening!

There have been some weeks where I push myself and "mentally" I see myself improving, then on other weeks I feel like I have gotten NOWHERE! It seems like my workouts get boring and I try to think of things that I could mix-in throughout my fitness journey. So far this is what have done....mix and match of course:

-Wii Zumba
-Wii Fitness
-Walking a 1.3 Mile bike trail
-Bike riding the 1.3 trail
-"Card" Exercises (have a deck of cards and set exercises for each suit....hearts- push ups; clubs- mountain climbers...ect)
-Bike Riding in general (leisurely or moderate speeds)
-Working (I am a CNA...so I get my walking in and lifting!0
-Workout DVD's (Sweatin' to the Oldies....15 min Miles.)


If you would like to give me some ideas on your workout routines...please do! :) I am just having a brain-fart on how to improve so I do not get bored of the other things. Also...what are some things that motivate you?
