Hi all,
I've been away for awhile, slacking on the exercise and running wild with my diet. My husband and I are trying to get back on the wagon, with our official start date of TOMORROW. We would really appreciate any great words of wisdom as we start again, a little older but likely not much wiser...
Thanks!

My one piece of advice: set your loss goal LOWER than you want to. 1-1.5 lbs a week is PLENTY. Don't be impatient.
