Hit those MACROS everyday!!!!!

Set a goal for protein,carbs,and fat then hit that number within 5 grams everyday.

I do my body weight in protein and carbs then whatever is left over I do in fat to get me to 2200 calories
So it looks like this for me
I weigh 208
Protein:208
Carbs:208
Fat:60
Goal try to hit those numbers within 5!!!!!!!
Set your own and own these numbers and see the number on that damn bathroom scale drop!!!!
