Ever just feel blah?

I did my workout today, felt the burn the whole time, and was dripping sweat through the entire thing. I felt accomplished I finished it and an hour or so was still feeling good. I did my workout around 1:00, and by 6:00 I felt blah and like I didn't work out that day...but I did. So why do I feel blah? Anybody else feel like this ever??
