Hi,
I need some help.....accountability is not something i am good at. I am trying to log everyday and go to the gym 5 days per week( i dont usually go on the weekends). I just upped my calorie goal to 1400 instead of 1200 as I was feeling too hungry and was tempted to eat the wrong foods(chocolate). I need someone to look at my diary and kick my butt when needed. I need to lose about 25 kilos and it is going very slowly. I am not moving the scales all that much but I find my clothes are a lot looser and i can actually do up a zip in the back of dresses. This is a big deal.
Before anyone says anything, yes I like my Mocha coffees and have reduced from 3 a day to 1. This is something i will not give up without a fight.
Please help me get back on track.

Consider making your diary public
Then folks can look at it and give you way more advice about it than may be useful, but at least their comments may help you make changes ... if you need changes .... if you are losing weight, maybe all you need to do is keep doing what you are doing!

Welcome, @Raspberrybullets.
That's wonderful your clothes have gotten looser. Great job on your weight loss too. Slow and steady wins the race because it's more sustainable then losing weight quickly.
If you have befriended people and made your diary accessible to them, then you can ask them to comment on your diary. However, the bottom line is that you are responsible to log and to keep yourself in line and to eat in a way to reach your goals. Make yourself accountable.
Finally, It also does not matter what you eat, but how much, in order to lose weight. Three mochas a day would be a bit too much for me too, but I enjoy two homemade ones before work every morning (I use sugar free cocoa and add stevia), and with the decaf and low calorie coffiee, it's 125 calories total for the two.1
