Late Night Exercise & Food

Hey. I've been wanting to stop eating after 6/7pm every day for a long time, but I tend to go work out anywhere from 7-11pm. Usually I do weights + cardio for an hour & a half-ish. Would it be fine to skip out on eating anything afterwards and just have a decent breakfast the next day? I don't like eating at night but have been anyways, and I kind of just want to shun the kitchen. Would having just some BCAAs be fine?

Timing of meals does not matter. Eat at whatever time feels right to you.
Some people have difficulty sleeping when they work out that late at night.
What time do have have to be at work the next day?

I usually get up betwee 6-8am, if that's your question.. I'm a student & just finished my summer internship/job, so I don't have work for another few weeks. Falling asleep is not a problem for me.

I did my workout at 8 pm. It really doesn't matter when you do it, or when you eat. Although it may affect your weigh in depending, so what I do is weigh in once a week after a rest day.
