16-10% is stage weight for most competitors. No one walks around like that.
Okay, actually that looks pretty darn good... Can definitely see some muscle definition, which is what I'm going for.
Keep working for it. You have to build it for it to show. Lift now not later. You can do it! I may look big but I wear a size 2 in this photo a 4 still fit.
Already am! Lifting and walking are currently my main two exercises. I'm no cardio bunny. (No offense, bunnies) Mostly because my asthma doesn't like the respiratory stress of cardio.
I also lift because there's a genetic disease in my family which weakens and deforms the spine. My brother was diagnosed with it and his diagnoses scared me. So I'm also doing lifting in hopes of strengthening my lower back (which is really weak), which would lower my chances of injury on the chances that I do have the disease.
But of course, the quote on my profile pic holds true for me, and it's also part of my decision.1 -

Same here!!! I walk a lot I consider my 12-20,000 steps a day my cardio! Lift on!!!1
