Calories to Maintain?

Hi! I am trying to find out how many calories to MAINTAIN my weight if I am considered sedentary. I am not... But I like to eat my exercise calories back ;) Psychological reason (I guess) ;)

I am 21 years old, 5'3, and wanting to be 110 lbs. I am currently not that low, but I think that by setting my goals as that I will get there slowly. SO for the sake of the argument, I am 110 lbs. I researched how many I burn on a day of being sedentary and these are the results:

1500
1636
1540 My Fitness Pal Results
1125
1482 Scoobyworkshop Site

What are your thoughts?

The sedentary or non sedentary part shouldn't matter if you still plan to eat your exercise calories. Just enter your weight as your goal weight, chose maintenance, and eat that PLUS your exercise calories. That will be how much you will need to eat at that weight to maintain it.
  • Yes, thank you for your help- but I am trying to figure out which maintenance is accurate ;)
  • TDEE will include your activity in it's calculations so you dont really need to eat back execise cals, but when maintaining you still could. Every body is different so you just have to up cals until you stop losing

The only exercise I do would be an hour brisk walking 3ish times a week
