I was gone from this site for awhile, but now I'm back. And I'm back with determination to really start making exercise a daily habit and choosing healthier foods a norm.
We've planned some hiking trips in about a month and then another more intense hiking trip in five months. So I've GOT to get in better shape.
Any advice to help is most welcome.
