    Rice cakes with toppings! Walden farms makes 0 calorie spreads like apple butter, hazelnut, marshmallow cream and chocolate peanut butter! So with two rice cakes and the topping it would only be 70 calories!

    I like pickles: 0-5 calories
    Light yogurt with bran cereal mixed in
    I also like to chop up a whole cucumber and add cherry tomatoes with feta cheese and light vinaigrette dressing.
    Carrots- raw or baked in the oven with seasonings
    Fiber one brownies- 90 calories
    frozen grapes
    apples
    pears
    a slice of toast with peanut butter
    A cup of Swiss Miss hot chocolate- 90 calories
    Hot tea with lemon
