Can sweating heavier in one area(stomach) help you lose more weight in that area?

Why would you want to purposely sweat more? Sweating causes water loss, causing your blood volume to drop, causing your heart to work harder, causing you to hit the wall. This is why it is so much harder to run when it is hot and humid. I do everything I can do to prevent this (hydrate like crazy before, during, and after my run).
So no. Just no.0 -
Nope. Probably just means there's a higher temperature in that area or more sweat glands0

Sry but no.

If putting a band on our stomach that made us sweat more worked, then no one would have a large stomach.
If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is!0
