Hi! I work an office job from 8-4 Mon-Fri, so I thought i'd share what I eat usually and when. First thing I did was buy a lunchbox. I haven't eaten in my job's cafeteria since I started my weight loss journey in February. I leave my money at home so I am not tempted!! I don't eat breakfast before I leave, as that does not work for me. I just grab my coffee and bring my 9:00 breakfast, 12:00 lunch, and 3:00 snack with me to work everyday in my lunchbox and keep it at my desk with ice packs to keep it cold. Here's what I am eating this week:

7:00 am - 16 ounces black coffee with 3 tsp splenda (14 calories)
9:00 am - Apple slices with 2tbp peanut butter and cheese stick (290 calories)
12:00 pm - 4 ounces tuna with 1tbsp mayo and 1/2 ounce cheddar cheese mixed in (245 calories)
3:00 pm - 1/2 cup mixed berries and 1 container yogurt (120 calories)
    6:00 pm - dinner varies. I usually try for 6 ounces protein/ 2 ounces veggies (500 calories)
9:00 pm - 100 - 200 calorie snack (usually chocolate or something "bad").

So my total calorie intake is usually around 1300. I focus on high protein and low carb! I absolutely love starting my day with the apples, peanut butter, and cheese. I have found that this is my "super breakfast". It keeps me from craving things throughout the day and I feel full the entire day. If i eat anything else, I get cravings and get super hungry. Weird.

The weekends are another story. I usually make one big breakfast around noon and go out to eat somewhere for dinner around 6. Throw in some wine, and i'm well over my calorie intake.....good thing I do so well during the week to make up for it.
