Saturday Weigh-Day / Yay-Day thread

Hi all!
So I've decided I'm going to stop jumping on the scales everyday expecting to lose a few stone over night
I need to be realistic, and allow my body time to adjust!
Saturday is going to be my weigh day, & I thought it would be nice to set up an accountability thread to record my feelings and weight change on this weight loss journey, and open it up to anyone else who may be weighing in on a Saturday to share this thread with.
At the moment, I stand at 6'1" at 16 stone 13lbs. My aim is to be between 12-13 stone. I recently got under 17 stone which is a good start for me, and hoping to lose a minimum of 1 pound per week.
Any takers? Only 5 more days till weigh day!
(Ps, I'm calling it Yay-day because I have a mini journal that I write "Yay" or "Nay" in in regards to whether I've lost weight or not haha)
