Let's say every week you've been losing weight and then one week u kinda expect the same thing but your eating was bad, how do u get back the motivation and tell yourself to keep going? It's just a minor set back but some people have a hard time moving on from little set backs like gaining 2lbs
ALSO how do some people
Motivate themselves to workout? Any idea is helpful!

Why would not losing weight one week cause one to lose motivation completely? Weight loss isn't linear. At the beginning it might be all downward but as time goes on it most certainly is not. The water content of our bodies is constantly fluctuating in response to the things we eat, our stress levels, our hormones, our activity levels and even a change in elevation. Sometimes that water gain can mask fat loss, too. As long as the overall trend is downward there's no reason to become upset by a small upswing in weight.
Working out.... for many people the motivation comes from simply doing something they really enjoy. If working out is something you dread then motivating yourself to do it is very hard, indeed. At that point, I'd suggest finding something you like instead.
Motivation can come from having a workout partner. I have a co-worker I meet at the gym every other day to lift weights. I don't want to let him down and I know if I skip out I'd better have a damn good excuse.
Sometimes motivation comes from having a specific goal. I run for my cardio exercise but most importantly I run every other day because I like to run races. I like to challenge myself to run a race faster than I ran it the last time. The only way I can run races faster is to run on a regular basis. So I run.0
