Hi! I think to stay on this program you have to be motivated to lose weight. If you are just tired and ready to give up easily maybe you feel you don't really need to lose the weight so badly. Ask yourself, "Why do I want to lose weight?" Ten Kilo is not so much weight, depending on your height. If you are short 10 kilos can make a big difference, if tall it sounds like you are a somewhat overweight. Since you mentioned you are always tired, if you mean physically, I would suggest is to get a check up (blood test etc.) If that is fine then maybe you are just eating too much sugar and carbs. It is normal to not be motivated because we all have our ups and downs but being tired much of the time there has got to be something else going on.1

If you are giving up you need to reassess your goals. If it is too stringent (i.e. 2 pounds per week) change it to 0.5-1 pound (or the Kg equivalent) a week. If you want to lose bad enough that should be your motivation right there. No one can do it for you.0

I agree, figure out why you want to lose weight and let that be your motivation. Mine is to feel and look better in a swimsuit when I go on vacation in a few months (it's my dream trip and I want to look back on the pics from it and have no regrets about the way I look). I keep that in the back of my mind when I am choosing whether or not to work out or what I want to eat. I also keep pics of the beach on my fridge where I can easily be reminded why I am doing this. The added bonus is that I will be healthier and feel better in general. People around you can encourage you but motivation is an inside job.
I also agree with setting realistic goals. Balance is key (food choices/exercise). I can't do extreme changes like cut out sugar or carbs completely. Small steps like cutting back or making better food choices versus extreme choices like cutting something out completely works for me. Find the thing that works for you. Give yourself room to make mistakes (it's a pit stop not a home) and then pick yourself back up.0
