Carbs in QuestBars?

Hi, for those of you who eat QuestBars, do you count the total carbs or the net carbs in your MFP tracking?

One should always count total carbs.
Where this "net carbs" thing comes from is the assumption that the human body doesn't process dietary fiber... but it does! Perhaps not all of them or even some of them, but it's difficult to estimate how much fiber the body does process. It's best to count them.
The worse that can come from counting your dietary fiber is you'll be under your calorie count (which is good for losing weight).
The worse that can come from not counting dietary fiber is you'll be over your calorie count and either not lose weight or gain weight.0 -
