    But it also depends on what you view as a hater. If someone was consuming only 800 calories a day and I opined that it's not necessary to do that for weight loss, am I a hater?

    Hater is such an overused word these days. It seems like anyone who disagrees with someone, no matter how questionable their stance is, is a "hater". I guess I'm a hater for that word.
