Nothing fancy here.
Shoot for 500 jumping jacks a day
Whether you try to do them at once or break them up into 10 sets of 50 or 20 sets of 25
JUST DO 'EM.

You don't have to go anywhere, you don't have to dress up or put on make up, you don't have to wear special clothes, you can do them naked, and it's relatively a simple exercise.

Works your legs, calves, glutes, shoulders and heart.

    I didn't get anywhere near 500, but I did do 2 reps of 25. I can't remember the last time I did a jumping jack!
