24 year old male from Sydney

Hi fit pals :) just wanted to introduce myself. I've been tracking my macros with this app for a few months now and its going great. I currently workout 3 days a week and usually do cardio on my off days as I'm trying to bulk but stay lean at the same time. Add me if you want to stay in touch. Ciao! :)

    Seem like we have similar goals and I'd love a friend(or friends) to journey with...I don't know how to add friends or best go about supporting each other through this app

    Really. Thats good. How long have you been training for? Yeah Im not that good with this app either I just usually track calories I dont really write blogs. Try adding me as a friend because I cant add you, I think its disabled in your settings.

    Started out weight training last year on my own, trial and error kind start up... just started tracking my macros with this app which was the missing piece to my program...
