Is this program a good program for losing weight or is it for bulking up???

    No program will make you lose weight. That's strictly diet. If you're eating at a deficit, then no...,it won't bulk you up at all. You would need excess calories for that which it sounds like you aren't doing.

    I've done ICF before and absolutely loved it. It's a great program.

    Generally, losing weight results from a calorie deficit. Adding new muscle requires a calorie surplus. The program itself doesn't make much different in that regard.

    The program itself is a good all around program for either.
