Hello MFP Community.... back to the gym

Options
My journey is one to return... back to a healthy lifestyle. For me that means hitting the gym regularly to gain strength. Weight loss is not a big factor for me, but I am looking to build muscle and get strong again. :smiley:

Goals:
Balanced healthy meals, great nutrition
Build muscle
Gain endurance (on the bike and run)

Prioritizing and planning meals/workouts will need to be a focus to keep the everyday life (full time demanding job, travel, 3 amazing kids, etc.) from pushing the healthy lifestyle I want to the back burner.

It is time to build consistency and habits to push through the goals and start feeling fantastic again!
