Just getting back into the swing of things

Hello. I am just getting back into a walking routine. I have a few pounds to lose but mostly just want to feel in shape again. I used to walk a lot but underwent breast cancer treatment and was basically "grounded" by fatigue for a year. Got married last year and am having to adjust to "real meals" for dinner instead of my usual cereal or salad. Very busy at my very sedentary job. Now I live on a golf course complex so there are many nice paths to walk and beautiful scenery. Trying to walk every night if possible. Feeling better already!
