Getting enough protein without meat

I'm struggling to hit my protein macros each day, and I've gone off meat. I go through stages where i just go off it, but does anyone have suggestions of how to get more protein in?

Dry roasted edamame (wasabi is like wasabi peas). Seapoint farms brand is good... Or just edamame...
Gone off meat? Sounds awful lol. If you consider incorporating meat again, shrimp has a really great protein/calorie ratio.0 -
Protein bars and powder are what I use most, but I also eat a lot of cottage cheese, eggs, greek yogurt (plain), quinoa or lentils. There are plenty of options out there to help suppliment your protein intake.2

Tofu, Greek yogurt, eggs, textured vegetable protein. You can get silken tofu that is dessert flavoured.1

My staples are Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs, string cheese, kefir, protein bars/powders, etc. I'm not a huge fan of tofu or meat substitutes like veggie burgers, but I'll eat them occasionally.0

Beans and lentils. Lowfat dairy is a good source -- or full fat, if you have the calories.
There's a little in a lot of foods (vegetables, grains, nuts) so if you eat a lot of time it will add up some.1 -

It depends on what you consider 'enough' based on your goals. But lots of people don't eat meat at all and get plenty from beans, grains, nuts, seeds, ect...I'd suggest google 'vegetarian recipes' and you'll find alot of ideas.0

this: and i have to say... if you live in a country like the US, then, go and get some faux meat! i love morning star farms products, gardein, and others.1 -
homemade seitan is my favorite. it takes a little bit of work but the protein to calorie ratio is worth it and you can control the sodium which i struggle with in some of the pre-made faux meats.2

You get in your protein by reducing fruit, cereal, bread, and pasta in order to surround yourself with chic peas, green peas, pinto beans, tofu, hemp seeds, tempeh, chia seeds, lentils, sunflower seeds, broccoli, bok choy, kale, dairy, eggs, edamame. Make some bean tacos or chili.2
