How do you count Leslie Sansone videos?

Do you count Leslie Sansone Walk-at-Home videos as aerobics, general or as walking? I count them as aerobics, general because it's a little more than just walking (although on a flat surface). Just curious what others do.

Low impact aerobics and the number of minutes is the general concensus.

I sometimes count them as aerobics, general...other times as aerobics, low impact. It depends on whick Leslie Sansone walk I am doing. Some of her DVD's are less challenging so those I categorized as aerobics, low impact.0
