Hi there, hoping for some help here.
I used this calculator:
http://thefitgirls.com/tdee-calculator.aspx
BMR = 1896
TDEE = 2275 (sedentary)
minus 30% = 1592.5
Therefore I should be eating around 1600 calories a day?
Can anyone doing this method please confirm I have this correct?
Thanks in advance:)

Can't calculate anything without your stats. That said, the numbers don't look crazy. At that rate you would lose maybe 1-1.5 lbs a week, which seems fine. make sure you eat a decent proportion of your exercise calories back, or you'll be hungry and more susceptible to binges.0

Your numbers are correct for the TDEE method although from what I've read 30% is a little to much. Most I've read is 25%. That being said I'm pretty sure I'm doing that or more successfully, I do however eat back some of my exercise calories. Good luck!0

If your BMR is 1896 then that is the minimum you should be eating.0
