Sick Day Question.

So, you had breakfast.
But within 30 minutes, you get sick and throw up everything you had previously eaten.
The sickness makes you feel icky and so you don't eat anything else the rest of the day.
Do you still log breakfast? Or since it didn't stay down, does it not count?
Thoughts? Insight?

I'd skip it, and start again the next day. Given that you ate nothing the rest of the day, don't you figure you were in a deficit?
Unless it will mess up your "record" of logging in.... then log it.1 -
I log it just so I know, and make a note that I was ill. There's no definite way to say how many calories were ingested, so I'd rather log more calories and be incorrect than vice versa. Some people log half, but that still is too inaccurate for me personally.
Hope you feel better.1
