for those who use the programs; How do you log the activity? I am getting ready to start a series of the 22 min boot camp but want to make sure I log right. Thanks

I always logged it as aerobics.0

I usually log it as either aerobics or circuit training.0

If it has weights or is hardcore with body weight movements and cardio...circuit training is a good one also0
