I just got home from a long bartending shift and realized I have only ate 850 calories today. For good reason, I am hungry! The problem is that it is 2am. Am I better off eating now... OR going to sleep and rolling over some of today's calories for a big
breakfast tomorrow?
(Poor planning on my behalf today.)

If it was me i would have some protein. I have a slow release protein shake just before i go to bed every night. Even stuff like Eggs whites or low fat cottage cheese, i do it to help with my goals. If you can fit it into you goals then why not. I would just make it small to keep your body happy till you wake up.0

If you are tired and need to get to bed, drink a glass of milk or protein skake and head to bed.
If you feel like staying up, eat a small meal
I can't sleep if I go to bed hungry!!!0
