Body Fat...

Hi fellow MyfitnessPals

I was just wondering how much fat I should be eating to lose body fat? I gym and dance regularly. My food diary is open I think. Please feel free to have a look. Any comments good or bad are welcome.

    Also I think you mean dietary fat, not body fat which would be on your body.

    Do you mean per meal? or per day?

    Per day...

    I'm wanting to lower my body fat percentage. I've started lifting and increasing my cardio.

    Reducing dietary fat won't reduce body fat. Creating a caloric deficit will reduce body fat. You need a certain amount of fat in your diet for health... a good goal (as a minimum) is about 0.35g per lb of total body weight, but it's fine if you go over that.
