Ditching the scales for a while....

has anyone else done this. If so, did it help your weight loss? I find I get obsessed with the scales, a slight gain and the day goes to pot! So I am thinking of hiding the scales and weighing in every 6-8 weeks instead or perhaps only during Easter, start of summer holidays, Halloween and Christmas time only...that's if I can resist! What do you think?

Yep. Got rid of. I'm going by measurements mainly *kitten* legs n waist. This is my main concern not what scale says.
Take progression pics every few weeks.
Just make sure u strict in sticking to goal and weighing everything

I was weighing officially once a week but found myself on the scale a couple times a day. I decided to stop for a few weeks and just use the mirror. Gwtting the scale to read correctly is a science. I drink a gallon of water a day. That weighs a lot!
