Night shift workers

Needs some help ..I work the 11 pm to 7 am ..working in a hospital.. I really want to do the 21 day fix but how ? How can I stick to my 1200 calorie a day and work out too ? Need help any tips

    I just got back on here and also work night shift and realize it is hard on this shift but I am going to try somehow to use this to my advantage. This is my first day back in a few years but could you tell me what the 21 day fix is ???

    I work the same hours, my best advice is do not eat meals during your shift. I also work at a hospital and it does get boring since the patients are sleeping so all my coworkers pass timing snacking on junk food. I keep myself busy and I'll have some fruit and nuts and eat my breakfast once I get home. Idk if this is good advice or not but I skip lunch since I'm sleeping and when I awake I eat another snack and prepare dinner. I tend to stick to my calories allowed doing this
