When I am adding a new workout to the program, should I tell it gross calories burned or net calories burned? I suspect that the answer is net, but I was wondering if anyone has the for-sure answer. Please don't ask me for an in depth explanation for the difference between the two. Use the powers of the internets to answer that question.
