I've got about 3 lbs to go. But I only just started. I expect to be there in a week or two.

Few weeks away, I hope! It has been a 6 month journey and will be 29.5kg lost when I get there.

I've never done the Wonderland Trail. I tend to avoid Mt Rainier because it's so crowded.

I started trying to lose weight at 201 lbs., so I was in One-derland before I was around long enough to have heard that term - it was pretty early on.

I started at 211 in June and am sitting at 202 in August. Sooooo close! Based on that, it's taking me (hopefully) 3 months to get into Onederland. About a pound per week, I guess. My daily calorie goal was based on 2 lbs per week but my weekends normally turn into 1 long cheat day.... working on that. LOL

How wonderful!!! Congratulations everyone!! Such amazing accomplishments!! My mom has always said nothing tastes as good as being healthy feels!!! There are still days (when I have a craving) where I don't believe that LOL but all in all I have to agree with that saying lol

I started at 243 on 6/21. I'm hoping to be under 200 by mid November--just in time to celebrate the big 4-0!

I hit Onederland about 2 years ago. My starting weight was 262lbs. I've been hovering around 180-190 thanks to events in my life as I continue to fight emotional eating.

Emotional eating is really hard! I have depression and anxiety and have struggled with emotional eating as well most of my life. Don't ever give up though! Food is just as much as an addiction as alcohol or drugs but it's even harder with food because you need it to live, you just have to be strong and find a balance. I think I've found my balance but some days are still a struggle

I started toward the end of May and weighed 243.8, currently am 222.4. I am hoping to see onederland by Christmas or shortly after. If so it would be the first time in more than 25 years. My goal weight is actually less than I weighed in high school so this would be a great start.
