8 months after giving birth I'm ready to get back on the weight loss bandwagon. I'm still nursing my little guy, but it's time to stop using that as an excuse to eat whatever is in sight. I'm 10 pounds over my pre-pregnancy weight, and well above a "normal" weight, so I've got a long way to go, but I am looking forward to getting into it!

Congrats on your baby and good luck. I breastfed my son and didnt lose weight until he was a year and i stopped breastfeeding. I kept eating everything in sight i maintained at 6lbs over my prepreg weight the whole time. I tried mfp during but the deficit made my milk go down. I shouldve been eating about 250 calories over maintenance and i probably wouldve lost but i was eating way more than that. So be careful and pay attention to your body and your baby so you know if you need to up your calories or if you could eat a little less and be fine.0
