Hi everyone! I'm new to this!
I struggle with staying consistent with my exercise. I let my busy life get in the way of doing my morning exercises. How do you do it? :)

    It's like brushing my teeth, I just do it. Make it a habit.

    I have the same issue. I found the only way to stay consistent was to get up much earlier and get it out of the way before the rest of the house wakes up. I tried the whole mid-morning gym time (I stay at home), but invariably that would end up getting pushed aside for appointments, activities, work commitments, etc. My life just isn't in a place where gym time can take precedence over other things.

    Challenge/accountability groups can be helpful in sticking to it as well. Just knowing that you need to check in with others can be that extra motivation to get going when you feel like you have other stuff to do, and it's nice to have support to get back to it on those days it just wasn't happening.
