I'm ready to start showing myself what i can do

I started my weight loss journey back in 2014, I was 250 pounds. I had just moved to Austin Tx and I was ready to make that change for myself. I was very strict with my diet and I ran almost every day. I got down to 170lbs, and I was damn proud of that.
I took a little break and gained a little weight. I got up to 183 and needed to stop before it went too far. I started dieting again and I'm back down to 173.
Now its time to start taking this seriously. The first time I started losing weight was because I started feeling the weight in my knees and my feet. This time I want to see what my body can do.
I'm taking vinyasa classes, climbing classes, weight classes, and running again.
I'm looking to find people to encourage each other and help each other. Maybe even start an Austin group.
That's my opening bit for now.
Wish me luck.

You can do it, just keep at it one day at a time.0

You've got this! Just don't stop logging and you will stay on track, even if you take a break. Feel free to add me. I am always looking for friends who encourage me and who I can encourage as well.0

Most of us here are all on the same journey to become the best version of ourselves - including me.
Keep up the good work and stay focused on your fixed goal.0 -
